IMPORTANT NOTICE
Thank you for your interest in requesting the presence of the Kingdom Ambassador Chaplaincy. To maintain proper order, accountability, unity, professionalism, and wise decision-making, all requests for official Kingdom Ambassador Chaplaincy presence must be submitted to the Senior Chaplain Council for review and approval.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval. No chaplaincy presence or assignment should be considered confirmed until official approval has been provided by the appropriate leadership.

By submitting this request, I acknowledge and understand that:
  • This request must be reviewed by the Kingdom Ambassador Chaplaincy Senior Chaplain Council.
  • Submission of this form does not constitute approval.
  • I will not publicly announce or represent that Kingdom Ambassador Chaplains have been officially assigned until approval has been received.
  • The Senior Chaplain Council may approve, modify, postpone, or decline the request.
  • The Kingdom Ambassador Chaplaincy may determine which chaplain or chaplain team is appropriate.
  • I will provide accurate and complete information regarding the requested assignment.
  • I understand that additional information may be requested before a decision is made.
